Energy Transfer is proud to continue our partnership with the Three Affiliated Tribes (MHA Nation) in North Dakota. In 2024, we contributed $37,900 to support local programs, and so far in 2025 we’ve donated $42,000 toward pow-wows, rodeos, golf fundraisers for cancer services, cultural celebrations, and drug awareness initiatives. The MHA Nation transports more than 60% of the oil they produce on the Dakota Access Pipeline, a key connection that underscores our shared commitment to safe, responsible energy development. Together, we’re strengthening relationships and supporting traditions that enrich the region.
